BUZZARDS BAY, Mass. --  Freshman Joanna Feliciano's (Springfield, Mass.) goal with 2:35 remaining lifted Bay Path to a 2-1 come-from-behind victory over Massachusetts Maritime in a non-league college women's soccer match played Tuesday afternoon at Clean Harbors Stadium.

The visiting Wildcats (6-3) trailed by a goal for the first 80-plus minutes of play, but junior Elena Helming(Maplewood, N.J.) evened matters with her fourth tally of the season on a deflection in front of the net with 9:27 remaining.  Joanna Feliciano converted a feed from her sophomore sister Olivia (Springfield, Mass.) and netted the game-winner from the left side for her sixth marker of the fall to cap Bay Path's comeback, as sophomore Rachel Gardner (Bourne, Mass.) had staked the host Buccaneers (4-5-1) to the early lead in the 24th minute with her first career goal on an assist from fellow sophomore Madison Taylor (Longmeadow, Mass.) to set up the visitors' heroics in the closing minutes of action.

Freshman Caitlyn Esposito (East Haven, Conn.) picked up her fifth win of the season without making a save in goal for Bay Path, while freshman Sara Coffey (Norton, Mass.) made eight stops (including five in the second half) in the setback for Massachusetts Maritime.  The Wildcats outshot the Buccaneers by a 16-2 margin overall (10-1 on goal) and took four of the six corner kicks in the contest to notch their first win in three series meetings between the two schools.

Massachusetts Maritime heads to Fitchburg, Mass. on Saturday afternoon to take on Fitchburg State in a Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference outing that begins at Noon, while Bay Path hosts Lesley in a New England Collegiate Conference match on Saturday afternoon in Longmeadow, Mass. beginning at 2:00 p.m.
