Club Ice Hockey Team History

Bay Path College Club Ice Hockey was started in the Fall of 2005.  A group of motivated students looking to start an ice hockey team began by gathering and playing floor hockey in an old gymnasium.  This group of interested student-athletes were figure skaters, floor hockey players and a few ice hockey players.  Their desire to "make it work" involved a tremendous amount of fundraising and action. The hard work and practice they put into the program eventually paid off and 3 years later they played their 1st game against Smith College.  Now in its 6th season they still work hard at practice and play teams such as; Smith, Mount Holyoke, Westfield, MIT and other club teams from Brattleboro, VT to Enfield, CT.
